Vintage 1970's Silver Opening "Who's Who" Book Charm

A vintage 1970's English silver charm of the "Who's Who" book that opens to reveal two question marks inside, by the charm maker CHIM.
It measures 14mm (9/16ths of an inch) by 12mm (1/2 an inch) and weighs 2.3 grammes. Unmarked but tested as sterling silver with a secure closure though it does rattle when shut. It is in very good condition just quite tarnished inside.
