A large vintage 1980's English gold plated silver charm or pendant set with a pink Wedgwood jasperware plaque showing the Goddess Hygeia.
It measures 30mm (1 inch 3/16ths) by 14mm (9/16ths of an inch), excluding the suspension bale, and weighs 2.2 grammes. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1983 and in very good condition.
