Shipping

Shipping is free for UK orders over £50 with the option to upgrade to Special Delivery for £7. Orders under £50 will be charged £3.60 for Tracked 24. Shipping is free for worldwide customers on orders over £200. For worldwide orders under £200 shipping will be £9 for European destinations and £10 elsewhere. All shipping methods include electronic tracking. 

Insurance is available either as Special Delivery for UK customers for £7 or as an optional extra to worldwide customers for £8. 

There are courier options available for overseas orders if you require anything urgently. Delivery times of around 3-4 days are possible with prices starting at £20. Please email for details.

Import Duty & Taxes Non USA

All non UK destinations are now charged customs fees and import taxes, including Europe since Jan 1st 2021. It is your responsibility, as the customer, to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. These will not be refunded if you want to return an item.

Import Duty & Taxes USA

From August 29th 2025 all parcels sent to the US from the UK will incur tariffs of 10%. To ensure a smooth shipping process for my US clients all tariffs will be paid beforehand and shipped PDDP (Postal Deliveries Duty Paid). If you are a US client you will automatically see prices on the website with an extra 10% added. This will be paid to the US customs through Royal Mail, along with a handling fee that I will be covering. This means at checkout you won’t be surprised with a huge price hike, you’ll just have the normal shipping amount to pay. There will be no fees to pay once your parcels arrives in the US.

If for any reason you need to return an item, please be aware these fees are non refundable so any refund will be minus the 10% tariffs.

Payment

Payment can be made by any credit or debit card through Shopify Payments or Paypal. We also accept instant Bank Deposit from UK banks. Sorry, UK cheques are no longer accepted.

We aim to send orders within four working days of receiving cleared payment but we do not post on a Saturday. UK postal delivery is 1-2 days, Europe 4-7 days and the Rest of the World 7-10 days.

Cancellations

If you change your mind on an order before it is packaged we are happy to cancel your order. If you have paid by any method other than Paypal it will be a straightforward refund of your original payment with no cost to you. However, if you paid by Paypal, from April 1st 2020 Paypal will no longer refund their fees, even if it is literally a few minutes since you placed the order. In these cases, we are sorry to say, your refund will be minus the Paypal fees.  

Returns

Any item can be returned within 7 days of receiving it if you have a change of mind (except for Gift Cards). For you to receive a refund (minus our original post & packing costs, Paypal fees if applicable, customs fees and import tariffs) the item must be received back in the same condition that it was sent and you must notify us that it is being returned beforehand. You will need to pay for the return postage. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or has been grossly miss-described then we will give you a full refund and refund you for the return postage but this must have been agreed beforehand. Any customs fees or import taxes will not be refunded.
