Shipping is FREE for all UK orders. Shipping is FREE for worldwide customers on orders over £100. For worldwide orders under £100 shipping will depend on your location but costs between £7-£10 (quoted during checkout) and will include tracking.
Insurance is available, as an optional extra, for all orders over £100 and will be quoted for during checkout. The price will be dependent on the delivery destination and the total value of your order.
Import Duty & Taxes
All non UK destinations are now charged customs fees and import taxes, including Europe since Jan 1st 2021. It is your responsibility, as the customer, to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. These will not be refunded if you want to return an item.
Payment can be made by any credit or debit card through Shopify Payments or Paypal. We also accept instant Bank Deposit from UK banks. Sorry, UK cheques are no longer accepted.
We aim to send orders within four working days of receiving cleared payment but we do not post on a Saturday. UK postal delivery is 1-2 days, Europe 4-7 days and the Rest of the World 7-10 days.
If you change your mind on an order before it is packaged we are happy to cancel your order. If you have paid by any method other than Paypal it will be a straightforward refund of your original payment with no cost to you. However, if you paid by Paypal, from April 1st 2020 Paypal will no longer refund their fees, even if it is literally a few minutes since you placed the order. In these cases, we are sorry to say, your refund will be minus the Paypal fees.
Any item can be returned within 7 days of receiving it if you have a change of mind (except for Gift Cards). For you to receive a refund (minus our original post & packing costs and Paypal fees if applicable) the item must be received back in the same condition that it was sent and you must notify us that it is being returned beforehand. You will need to pay for the return postage. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or has been grossly miss-described then we will give you a full refund and refund you for the return postage but this must have been agreed beforehand. Any customs fees or import taxes will not be refunded.
