CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC 

The UK will be in lockdown for a third time from December 31st. This is expected to last until the end of February 2021 at least. Other parts of Europe are also in lockdown so there could be delays to shipping within Europe. I have also been experiencing delays to some parts of the US, especially California.

I will be staying open throughout lockdown but I will only be posting ONCE a week. The situation here in the UK is serious and I want to minimise my outside time as much as possible. If you need an item urgently please contact me before ordering to check that I can get it to you on time. At the moment the postal service appears to be running smoothly with just slight delays but if this changes I will update it here.

Royal Mail are no longer obtaining signatures for tracked items but we are still using electronic tracking methods. We would strongly advise taking the tracking, available during checkout for £6-£10, which will electronically track your order. 

Please be aware we are following strict hygiene standards and all our packaging is brand new.

 

Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders to anywhere in the world. This does not include a tracking number.

Tracking and insurance are available, as optional extras, and are quoted for during checkout. The prices will be dependent on the delivery destination and the value of your order.

Payment

Payment can be made by any credit or debit card through Shopify Payments or Paypal. We also accept instant Bank Deposit from UK banks. Sorry, UK cheques are no longer accepted.

We aim to send orders within four working days of receiving cleared payment but we do not post on a Saturday. UK postal delivery is 1-2 days, Europe 4-7 days and the Rest of the World 7-10 days.

Cancellations

If you change your mind on an order before it is packaged we are happy to cancel your order. If you have paid by any method other than Paypal it will be a straightforward refund of your original payment with no cost to you. However, if you paid by Paypal, from April 1st 2020 Paypal will no longer refund their fees, even if it is literally a few minutes since you placed the order. In these cases, we are sorry to say, your refund will be minus the Paypal fees.  

Returns

Any item can be returned within 7 days of receiving it if you have a change of mind (except for Gift Cards). For you to receive a refund (minus our original post & packing costs and Paypal fees if applicable) the item must be received back in the same condition that it was sent and you must notify us that it is being returned beforehand. You will need to pay for the return postage. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or has been grossly miss-described then we will give you a full refund and refund you for the return postage but this must have been agreed beforehand.
