Antique Edwardian c1910 Silver & Enamel Lucky Four Leaf Clover Heart Charm

An antique Edwardian c1910 European silver heart charm with a green enamel lucky four leaf clover to the front, a very pretty little piece.

It measures 15mm (5/8ths of an inch) by 15mm (5/8ths of an inch), excluding the suspension bale, and weighs 1.4 grammes. There is a mark on the bale that I can’t make out but it tests as at least 800 grade silver. The back is engraved with a name, possibly a pilgrimage town in Austria? There is some light surface wear to the enamel, but no loss of colour, and some general wear to the silver. Overall though the piece is in very good condition.
