Vintage 1970's Silver Opening Charm Working Compass Inside

A vintage 1970's English silver charm that opens to reveal a fully working compass inside. In the language of charms a compass represents “not losing your way”.
It measures 21mm (13/16ths of an inch) in diameter and 9mm (3/8ths of an inch) in depth with a total weight of 6.3 grammes. Unmarked but tested as sterling silver (the compass itself is aluminium) with a secure closure. The compass works perfectly but there is some rust on the pointer. Overall very good condition just some light tarnish to the outer case.
