A vintage 1970's English 9ct gold heart charm or pendant set with a single diamond to the arrow piercing the heart.
It measures 23mm (15/16ths of an inch) by 16mm (5/8ths of an inch), excluding the pendant fitting, and weighs 0.8 grammes. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1977 and in very good condition.
