A good sized vintage 1960's silver and heart locket charm decorated with a blue enamel bird and green enamel leaves to the front. There is space for two photographs inside.
It measures 21mm (13/16ths of an inch) by 19mm (6/8ths of an inch), excluding the suspension bale, and weighs 3.7 grammes. Marked on the back “SILVER” with a secure closure. It opens to reveal two compartments inside, both with rims but missing the plastic "glass". There is some slight damage to the blue enamel on the bird but otherwise very good condition and still a pretty piece.
