A vintage 1960's English 9ct gold charm of a box with a miniature pack of playing cards inside. There should be a little opening door on the side but this is unfortunately missing. Still a very wearable and fun charm.
It measures 18mm (6/8ths of an inch) by 12mm (1/2 an inch) and weighs 3.5 grammes. Fully hallmarked for London 1962. As mentioned above, the door is missing from the side, but the cards are a very tight fit so don’t fall out. The majority of the cards appear stuck together (I haven’t removed them) and the cellophane wrapper is worn and yellowed. There is general wear to the outer gold box.
