A small vintage 1960's English 9ct gold back and front heart locket charm that opens to reveal space for two photographs inside. A "back & front" locket is literally what it says, the back and fronts are made of solid gold but the frame inside is a gilded base metal.
It measures 15mm (5/8ths of an inch) by 13mm (1/2 an inch) and weighs 1.5 grammes. Marked ‘9CT BACK & FRONT” with a secure closure. There is space inside for two photographs with both rims and one plastic “glass”. It is all in very good condition.
