Small Vintage 1950's Silver & Enamel Domino Charm with Raised Red Heart

A very small vintage 1950's European silver domino charm with black enamel spots and a raised red enamel heart in the middle, super cute piece.
It measures 11mm (7/16ths of an inch) by 5mm (3/16ths of an inch), excluding the suspension bale, and weighs 0.5 grammes. Unmarked but tested as at least 800 grade silver. There is a surface slither missing from the top of the heart but no loss of colour. I do wonder if the heart originally spun around? It doesn’t look like it from the back but the front shows some lead solder to the base of the heart. Overall in very good condition.
