A wonderfully chunky pair of antique Edwardian c1905 solid 9ct rose gold dog clip fasteners perfect for hanging fobs and charms from a necklace chain or long guard. Very nice to have a matched pair.
Each measures 23mm (15/16ths of an inch) by 8mm (5/16ths of an inch) and the total weight is 4.4 grammes. Both are marked for 9ct gold with secure closures. One clip has a file mark to the top (see close up pic) but otherwise both are in very good condition.
