A large antique Edwardian c1910 solid silver dachshund charm, beautifully detailed, mounted on part of an antler to resemble a log. A very unusual piece.
It measures 33mm (1 inch 5/16ths) by 24mm (15/16ths of an inch) and weighs 14.2 grammes. Unmarked but tested as at least 750 grade silver. It is all in very good condition just some tarnish to the dog and some dirt/dust to the antler. The dog is only attached to the antler by 2 feet, both glued, so it could be removed if you wished.
