Antique Victorian Silver Engraved Love Token Coin Charm Unknown Engraving

A Victorian antique silver threepence coin that has been engraved with what looks like 4 or 5 initials but in two parts. I wonder if this coin was originally designed to be cut in two and shared with a couple? I have also tried looking at it with a mirror in the middle but I still can’t make anything out. An intriguing piece.
Measuring 16mm (5/8ths of an inch) in diameter and in very good condition just slight surface wear and tarnish.
