Antique Edwardian c1910 Silver & Green Enamel Lucky Star Charm set With Pearl

An antique c1910, most likely Austro/Hungarian, silver and green enamel lucky star charm “Er Sei Dein Glucksstern”, This Be Your Lucky Star, set with a single pearl to the star. A super piece.

It measures 15mm (5/8ths of an inch) in diameter, excluding the suspension bale, and weighs 1.7 grammes. There is a mark on the suspension bale but I can’t make it out, it is most likely to be the Austro/Hungarian lion head mark for 750 silver standard that was used from 1886-1922. The charm tests as at least 750 grade silver. It is in excellent condition just a few little surface scratches to the enamel and some tarnish. It is engraved on the back “M. Zell” for Mariazell which is a Catholic pilgrimage city in Austria.
