Small Vintage 1950's Silver & Enamel Heart Charm “Stay With Me”

A small vintage 1950's European silver and enamel heart charm that says “Bleib Mir 3” which roughly translates to Stay With Me but the “3” part is a bit of a mystery. Presumably it is a rebus or a homophone (toi, drei or treu??). One from a collection of five, all listed individually. This listing is for one heart only.

It measures 10mm (3/8ths of an inch) by 9mm (3/8ths of an inch), excluding the suspension bale, and weighs 0.4 grammes. Unmarked but tested as at least 800 grade silver and in very good condition just one tiny scratch to the enamel.
