Heavy Vintage 1960's Driving Licence Charm with Paper Inside

A heavy vintage 1960's English silver charm of a driving licence that opens to reveal a paper licence inside. 

It measures 21mm (13/16ths of an inch) by 20mm (13/16ths of an inch) and weighs 6.6 grammes. Unmarked but tested as sterling silver with a secure closure. A little light wear to the papers and a small manufacturing fault to the back cover (tiny piece missing on the bottom edge) but otherwise all in very good condition.
