A vintage 1990's 9ct gold heart charm set with real sapphire stones on one side and real ruby stones on the other, a very pretty piece.
It measures 15mm (5/8ths of inch) by 13mm (1/2 inch), excluding the suspension bale and weighs 1.6 gramme. Fully hallmarked on the suspension loop for London 1993 and in excellent condition.
