Vintage 1950’s 14ct 14k Gold Spinning Dice Charm

A rare vintage 1950's European 14ct gold charm of a spinning dice. It unscrews from the suspension bale and can be spun like a spinning top. A lovely and unusual piece.

It measures 16mm (5/8ths of an inch) by 7mm (2/8ths of an inch) and weighs 0.6 grammes. Marked “585” for 14ct gold with a secure screw thread. It takes a little bit of practice to spin it properly but it does work perfectly. The dice section is hollow and there are a couple of small holes along some of the joints. These are from the manufacturing process and not damage. Overall it is in very good condition. A fun piece.
