Small Vintage 1950's Silver & Enamel “Two Hearts Waltzing Together” Charm

A small vintage 1950's European silver and enamel charm of a musical note with 3/4 and two red hearts, possibly “two hearts waltzing together”. Such a sweet piece.

It measures 13mm (1/2 an inch) by 8mm (5/16ths of an inch) and weighs 0.5 grammes. There are unclear marks on the bale but it has tested as at least 800 grade silver. It is in excellent condition.
