A vintage 1980's Italian 9ct rose gold filigree heart shaped padlock bracelet fastener or charm, a good sized piece.
It measures 20mm (13/16ths of an inch) by 14mm (9/16ths of an inch) and weighs 2.6 grammes. Marked for 9ct gold (375) with a secure closure. It is in very good condition with just some very light general surface wear.
