Vintage 1950's Silver & Enamel Pelican Charm

A vintage 1950's European silver charm of a pelican decorated in white, pink, yellow and red enamel, an unusual piece.

It measures 16mm (5/8ths of an inch) by 15mm (5/8ths of an inch) and weighs 1.2 grammes. Unmarked but tested as at least 800 grade silver. There is some damage to the yellow enamel on the beak and a couple of tiny edge chips to the body but otherwise very good condition.
