Vintage 1970's Silver & Crystal Crinoline Lady Charm

A vintage 1970's English silver charm of a crinoline lady with a large faceted crystal skirt, a lovely piece that I have not seen before.
It measures 22mm (7/8ths of an inch) by 11mm (7/16ths of an inch) and weighs 4.1 grammes. Unmarked but tested as sterling silver and in excellent condition just slightly tarnished.
