A vintage 1950's English 9ct gold charm of a boot house that opens to reveal an enamel painted old woman and her children inside from the nursery rhyme “There was an old woman who lived in a shoe”. A lovely quality piece. 

It measures 16mm (5/8ths of an inch) by 11mm (7/16ths of an inch) and weighs 3 grammes. Fully hallmarked for London 1956, maker IG, with a secure closure and in super condition.
