A good sized vintage 1930’s Austrian silver and enamel disc charm showing two swallows sitting on a telegraph wire and even detailing the ceramic insulator. A lovely and unusual piece.
It measures 19mm (6/8ths of an inch) in diameter, excluding the suspension bale, and weighs 2.2. grammes. Marked on the bale with the Austrian toucan mark for 800 grade silver which was used between 1925 and 1954. There is surface wear and scratches to the enamel but no loss of detailing or colour. Overall it is in very good condition.
