Pair of Vintage 1950's Coral Strawberry Charms with Metal Bale

A pair of vintage 1950's carved coral strawberry charms with base metal bales, both are a superb colour and look good enough to eat. Whilst these are being sold as a pair, the smallest is actually being included for free as it is damaged.

The largest strawberry measures 11mm (7/16ths of an inch) by 9mm (3/8ths of an inch), excluding the bale, and weighs 1 gramme. The bale is only base metal and is quite soft so I would recommend having it soldered up or replacing completely with a new gold one. There are two little areas of “bruising”, one on each side, but otherwise it is in lovely condition. The smaller strawberry measures 9mm (3/8ths of an inch) by 9mm (3/8ths of an inch), excluding the suspension bale, and weighs 0.8 grammes. There is a large slice off one side and some chipping to the other. It could be included in a food bracelet as a “half eaten strawberry”.
