A large vintage 1970's English solid 9ct gold charm of a racing greyhound.
It measures 29mm (1 inch 1/8th) in length and weighs 2.9 grammes. Fully hallmarked for London 1978. There is some gold solder that fixes one of the legs to the tail. No idea if this is original, a later repair or just something that gives the tail some extra strength. Other than this it is all in very good condition.
