Large Vintage 1970's/80’s 9ct Gold Butterfly Charm or Pendant with Citrine Heart

A large vintage 1970's/80’s 9ct gold butterfly (or flower?) pendant or charm set with a faceted heart shaped citrine, a very pretty piece. 

It measures 23mm (15/16ths of an inch) by 21mm (13/16ths of an inch) and weighs 2.3 grammes. There were marks on the top of the suspension loop, which have worn away, but it tests as 9ct gold. It is in lovely condition just a couple of teeny tiny nibbles to the citrine.
